Returns
We accept returns on unworn items, in perfect condition. All returned items will be refunded. If you require a different size you will need to place a new order.
Details for arranging a return are shown below - please note that the processes are slightly different for UK (and UK and Overseas returns.
All returns are subject to our returns policy, which you can access by clicking here, or by scrolling down the page.
UK (including Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Falkland Islands and British Forces) - Arranging a return
You must post your return to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Returns instigated more than 14 days after receiving your delivery, without prior agreement, will not be accepted and you will need to pay additional postage to have the goods shipped back to you.
We cannot reimburse for returned items that are lost and we have not received, so we suggest using a tracked service and retaining proof of this until your refund is completed.
Return items must include a note with your name, address, email and order number (or original packing slip / invoice) and reason for return.
Once we receive your return, please allow 7 days for your return to be processed. If you have not received a confirmation of your return after this time, please contact us on sales@mabli.co.uk for assistance.

Please note return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer, except in the event of any confirmed faulty item that needs to be returned, in which case we will also refund your postage costs.
Overseas - Arranging a return
To initiate a return, please follow the process below.

Click here to visit our International Returns Portal, and enter your order number and the email address used to place the order. Click "Start Return".
- You'll then need to complete the onscreen steps and select your shipping option. Please note that return fees apply and are as follows:
£14.95 - Ireland.
£19.95 - USA, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Nethlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Malta.
£29.95 - Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand.
£29.95 - Rest of the World. - Once a return has been generated, we'll send you a confirmation email to let you know, including further instructions on posting your return.
- Wrap up your items and place them inside the original box, along with all other packaging elements. Don't forget to include your despatch note - this will help us to identify your return and ensures a swift return process.
- Reseal the box and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside. If you're using a QR code instead of a shipping label, keep this safe, as you will need to present this at the drop-off location.
- Orders from outside the UK returned with UPS are paperless and do not require printed copies of the commercial invoices.
- Please drop off the parcel at the drop-off location or schedule a pick-up online at UPS access point locator.
- Once the item(s) have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment (excluding the initial shipping cost) within 14 working days.

Returns Policy
We accept returns on unworn items, in perfect condition, provided that a return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Returns instigated more than 14 days after receiving your delivery, without prior agreement, will not be accepted and you will need to pay additional postage to have the goods shipped back to you.
All returned items will be refunded. If you require a different size you will need to place a new order.
Faulty/worn items
Refunds or replacements will not be given for worn goods unless a valid manufacturer fault is found. Damage such as snags, pilling, bobbling, rips or pulls in yarn, etc, after goods have been worn, are considered as general wear and tear. We are not liable for any accidental damage incurred through wear.
If you find a fault present with any item received, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of package, either through our returns portal or by email to sales@mabli.co.uk.
Refunds or replacements will not be given for shrinkage or damage caused to goods after laundering. Our care instructions are tried and tested, and when followed correctly do not cause shrinkage or stretching. Laundering issues are caused by the temperature or agitation level in the wash being too high, or from tumble drying, or not drying flat, which, as per our care label, should be avoided. We are not liable for any damage incurred through laundering.
No worn goods should be returned without prior agreement. If we receive a parcel from you containing worn goods or goods past the returns period without prior agreement, and we do not find any manufacturer fault, then it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for the goods to be returned to them.
Items purchased in-store
If you have ordered a MABLI product through one of our stockists, you must contact the store directly who will in turn contact us, if necessary. In no circumstances can refund or replace items bought from elsewhere.
Please do not return your item using any method other than the methods outlined above. They will not be accepted and you will need to pay additional postage to have the goods shipped back to you. If you need assistance with your return, please email sales@mabli.co.uk.
